BRIEF
The company needed to improve internal communication regarding work protocols, safety and hygiene, as well as enhance client presentations and online learning platforms with limited UX/UI.
The project involved coordinating multiple departments with different priorities, presenting a complex communication challenge that I supported throughout.
MY ROLE & CONTRIBUTION
I worked as an auditor and communication lead on a project basis, collaborating with external designers and internal staff.
My contributions included:
* Auditing graphic, audiovisual, and brand materials
* Supporting the development of a visual identity manual
* Creating presentation templates
* Updating the company logo for clearer applications
* Facilitating cross-departmental meetings and aligning priorities
PROCESS
1. Initial meeting & case analysis → understand challenges and priorities
2. Stakeholder interviews & observation → gather insights
3. Ideation & co-creation → workshops and alignment sessions with internal teams
4. Prototyping → drafts of presentations, documents, and video concepts
5. Feedback & iteration → refine materials based on input from teams
6. Final delivery & documentation → templates, brand updates, and internal guidelines
RESULTS & IMPACT
* Updated logo for clearer, more consistent applications
* Standardized presentation templates across departments
* Improved clarity and consistency in internal documents
* Slideshow video of company guidelines for internal display
* Strengthened coordination and communication among internal teams
Challenges:
Absence of a communication department and lack of established communication processes, fragmented brand identity and missing high-quality brand assets, complex technical content related to safety protocols and operational procedures, multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, limited budget and resources, urgent communication needs while building a structured communication system.
